CLAP! in Athens: exploring together what makes a public “vulnerable”
The CLAP! project aims to mobilize groups of “vulnerable” adults around the theme of anti-racism. We can instinctively identify what this term covers: being “vulnerable” in a society may refer to economic fragility and discrimination of various kinds. During our meeting in Athens, trainers from different countries tried to explain what makes the people they work with “vulnerable”.
In sub-groups, participants tried to answer various questions to stimulate discussions:

After a brainstorming phase, each group was given a short time to produce a video highlighting one element of the answer. Ni (from Portugal) and Wil (from Belgium) surveyed Omonia Avenue, where CLAP! had taken up residence for the duration of their stay. They asked local residents about their notion of a “quality life”.
